We will explain in an easy-to-understand manner, even for first-time users, how to travel from Narita Airport to the city center (for example, Shinjuku Station) using the Keisei Line.
When I ride the Keisei Line local trains or express trains, I often see people who appear to be tourists standing on the platform looking anxious and worried.
Of course. The Keisei Main Line branches off at various points, so some lines go straight to the city center (to Narita Airport), while others require a transfer.
① How to travel by Keisei Skyliner (fast & comfortable)
Time required: about 50 to 60 minutes.
Board the Keisei Skyliner from Narita Airport Station (or Airport Terminal 2 Station)
You must purchase a reserved seat in advance for the Keisei Skyliner. You can purchase it from the ticket machine at the station or online.
Board the train bound for Ueno Station.
Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line or Keihin Tohoku Line at Nippori Station.
The Skyliner stops at Nippori Station.（The final stop is Ueno Station.）
Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line (inner loop, heading for Ikebukuro and Shinjuku) at Nippori Station. Arrive at Shinjuku Station!
It takes about 20 minutes to get to Shinjuku Station on the Yamanote Line.
Total fare: about 2,700 yen (including the Skyliner fare)
② How to travel by Keisei Line Limited Express (for those who want to travel cheaply)
Time required: About 90 minutes.
Take the Keisei Line "Limited Express (Rapid Express)" from Narita Airport Station.
No reservation is required for the general Keisei Line Limited Express. You can ride with just a regular ticket.
Take the train bound for Ueno Station.
Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line at Nippori Station.
The Keisei Line stops at Nippori Station, so transfer to the Yamanote Line inner loop (towards Ikebukuro and Shinjuku).
Arrive at Shinjuku Station!
Total fare: about 1,300 yen (about half the price of the Skyliner)
Points
If you want speed, choose the Skyliner, if you want to save money, choose the limited express.
The Skyliner is comfortable with reserved seats, while the limited express has unreserved seats, so be careful of crowds.
Nippori Station is the most convenient place to transfer (it's a longer route if you transfer at Ueno Station).
Either way you can get to Shinjuku smoothly, so choose according to your purpose!

-Advantages: No transfers required, easy and you can leave your luggage

成田空港から都心（例えば新宿駅）まで京成線を使って移動する方法を、初めての方にも分かりやすく説明します。
京成線の各駅や特急に乗っていると、旅行客と思われる方々がホームでオロオロと悩んでいるような様子をよく見かけます。
そりゃそうです。京成本線一つ取っても、いろんなところで分岐しているため、まっすぐ都心へ（成田空港に）行くのもあれば、乗り継ぎしないと着かないものもあります。
① 京成スカイライナーで移動する方法（速い＆快適）

成田空港駅（または空港第2ビル駅）から京成スカイライナーに乗車
京成スカイライナーは事前に指定席を購入する必要があります。駅の券売機やネットで購入できます。
上野駅方面行きに乗車します。
日暮里駅でJR山手線または京浜東北線に乗り換え
スカイライナーは日暮里駅に停車します。(終点上野駅)
日暮里駅でJR山手線（内回り・池袋・新宿方面）に乗り換えます。
新宿駅に到着！
山手線で約20分ほどで新宿駅に着きます。
合計運賃：約2,700円（スカイライナー料金含む）
② 京成線の特急で移動する方法（安く行きたい人向け）
所要時間：約90分
成田空港駅から京成線「特急（快速特急）」に乗車
京成線の一般的な特急は予約不要。普通乗車券のみで乗れます。
上野駅方面行きに乗車します。
日暮里駅でJR山手線に乗り換え
京成線は日暮里駅に停車するので、山手線の内回り（池袋・新宿方面）に乗り換えます。
新宿駅に到着！
合計運賃：約1,300円（スカイライナーの半額程度）

●速さ重視ならスカイライナー、節約重視なら特急
スカイライナーは座席指定で快適、特急は自由席なので混雑に注意
乗り換えは日暮里駅が便利（上野駅で乗り換えると遠回りになる）
