まず、飛行機内の乾燥対策はマストです！長時間フライトになると、機内は想像以上に乾燥しています。喉がイガイガしたり、痛めてしまってはせっかくの旅行が楽しめませんよね。

〇マスク: 自分の呼気で湿度を保てるので、喉の乾燥をかなり軽減できます。
〇水分: 機内持ち込みが100ml容器までなので、ドリンクサービスをふんだんに活用しましょう。
〇のど飴: これがとても重要！私はいつも日本のドラッグストアで、2袋くらいは購入していきます。海外でも飴は売っていますが、パッケージだけではどんな味か想像がつかなかったり、「ただの飴なのに結構高いな…」なんてことも（笑）。日本ののど飴は種類も豊富で、メントール系ですっきりしたり、フルーツ味でリフレッシュできたりと、自分の好みに合わせて選べるのが嬉しいポイント。個包装タイプなら衛生的で、友達におすそ分けするのにも便利です。乾燥してきたな、と思ったらすぐに舐められるように、手荷物に入れておくのが鉄則です。
